Dinner & Ceremony

Join the American University Alumni Board and fellow Eagles for our annual  Alumni  Awards  Dinner and Ceremony. We are proud to recognize this year’s award recipients who bring distinction to American University through accomplishments in their profession, contributions to their community, and dedicated service to the university. 

The 2025 Alumni Awards Dinner and Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 15, at 6:00 p.m. at the Washington College of Law, Claudio Grossman Hall. Cocktail Attire is requested.

The cost to attend is $60 per person or $400 for a table of eight. Please RSVP to attend by Wednesday, May 7. If you are interested in purchasing a table, please see the guidelines below: 

  • Table purchases include eight seats and table signage.

  • You are welcome to fill these eight seats as you see fit. If you don’t know who your guests are upon registering, please send your guests' names, degree information (if applicable), AU affiliation (if applicable), and any dietary preferences by Wednesday, May 7, to [email protected]

  • If you need help filling the table, identifying guests, or wish to cancel; please let us know, and we will work with you to fill any vacant seats.
