Eagles in Action is a signature program of the Alumni Association. These annual service projects bring alumni together to perform an act of service for their community as well as strengthen the bond between fellow Eagles and American University.
Join us for an afternoon that combines meaningful service and social networking! We will enjoy drinks and food together, and those who wish to participate can join a brief service project in partnership with Repair the World. This project involves packing essential sanitary kits for residents of Casa De Paz (House of Peace), a local organization that provides a safe, temporary space for newcomers, asylum seekers, and immigrants as they connect with loved ones and make plans for their next steps.
