Books & Brunch: The Power of Women’s Voices in Public Media | $20 Date: Saturday, October 4 Location: McDowell Formal Lounge Time: 10 a.m. – Noon Enjoy brunch paired with an inspiring conversation on “The Power of Women’s Voices in Public Media.” Marnel Niles Goins, dean of the School of Communication, will lead the panel alongside AU alumni and journalists WAMU—AU’s own NPR station—who are making their mark in today’s media landscape.

Enjoy cultural performances from AU’s student dance troupes, hear from alumni speakers, and mingle over light bites.
MCAR Farewell Brunch: Honoring Fraternities, Sororities, & Community Leaders | $25 Date: Sunday, October 5 Location: Constitution Hall, East Campus Time: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. We’ll close out the weekend with a toast to legacy, spotlighting AU’s fraternities, sororities, and alumni communities.
